Love Surronster.The only thing would I say is better customer service communication with regard to shipping.I get its bought third-party but delivery came without a tracking number and or a response on shipping status.
We are loving our RTR Lite! It is perfect size for our 13 year old! It's quick and easy to maneuver! The gold forks are Tuff!! Happy with our purchase!

Love the Vetra Blazer. Second bike I got from you guys. Like the first bike, response time when messaging was quick. Unlike the first bike, I never got a tracking # when they shipped or confirmation that it shipped. Shipper just called me out of the blue one day that it was here in Miami to set a day to receive. Took about 2 weeks from time I ordered it to get here. If you are ever in Miami hit me up, I’ll take you to the Everglades to see some crocs, gators,snakes, etc. or we can do something crazy try to do the famous 7 mile bridge in the Florida Keys overseas highway. You’ve never ridden anything like that.

Amazing power that is close to a 250 2-stroke race bike from the early 2000’s. I need to play with the suspension clickers. As the bike comes, the suspension feels unbalanced, but I am confident this can be dialed in. So far, the bike seems to jump great.

It is the best bike ever and is fast and also has lots of power, I recommend it to anybody and everybody who wants an ebike that has power and range. Customer service was extremely nice and helpful.
