So far the bike is a dream! Plenty of power and handles like its on rails! Just wish it was more than 20ah battery wise. Runs out too quick.

Fast fun and easy assembly only issue was that my chain snapped and a #35 replacement master chain link did not fit I had to grind down the front plate for the link clip to fit shipping to Texas was fast other than a label being created and took UPS 3 days for them to finally pick it up and ship it out received it in a week and a half
Overall, a very good experience. The bike works perfectly, and there was no damage during shipping. It did take a little over a month to be delivered, although I was able to get a free hoodie as compensation, which I appreciate since that normally doesn’t happen. I highly, highly recommend RR as your retailer they have the best customer service, and you get a great bike at a great price.
Great bike!! Went to 74mx at the red neck yacht club in punta gorda FL with my 12 year old son who rides it. Only issue is the battery gets eaten up quick on an mx track. Gonna need another battery!!
From the moment we placed our order the communication with customer service was exceptional! We even received a keychain from the company in anticipation for the bike. This was a gift for our son and my husband put the bike together following the instructions easily. We highly recommend the company and the products!!! :)
The bike is fantastic! Even for an adult to use. There were 2 small issues that occurred during shipping but they took care of it right away. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
Easy to put together, great quality and fast shipping ! Had a plastic panel that was broke during shipping (box was damaged), got hold of their customer service and the new piece will be sent . Very happy with the everything!
