Warranty

The full frame is covered by a two-year warranty for defects, commencing from date of delivery to the first owner.
 
The battery, motor controller, and motor are covered by a one-year warranty for defects, commencing from date of deliver to the first owner. 

Parts from original component manufacturers, for example Suntour, are also covered for a minimum of one year unless stated otherwise.

5 stars! Bike is awesome and was straight forward with putting it together. The only negative was the shipping tracking was not updated throughout (was in CA then not updated until the day it arrived, so wasn’t sure if it was arriving that day or not but I did not count that against the company with the rating.
