Best in the west! 10/10 would recommend. The customer service is like no other! I am amazed on how they have treated me! Ordered the wrong color first time around and they reached out to me the same day and were able to fix that for me! Ordered another one so my kid cousins would stop fighting over it. They love it and have nothing but great thing to say about the RTR . Very durable and great build. Plug nd play. Comes partially built. I let the kids(12year olds) put it together with me overseeing them. Very easy.

Bike is great my son loves riding it. Only issue and it’s partly our fault. We ordered the bike in white by mistake and sent and called in a request for the red plastics. The bike was still delivered white. Again partly our fault and not that big of an issue.

Absolute freaking unit

Bought the RTR for my son for his 10th birthday. He absolutely loves it! He normally rides a KLX110 that he is about to outgrow. He put about 100 miles on it in the first few day, and that includes a day at the MX park.

So fun

The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. Easy set up, we assembled the bike in under an hour. Battery life is good. I reached out to the team for updates they recommended in a timely manner.
